When adults volunteer, all students benefit!

There are many ways for parents and community members to get involved with our school.

Popcorn Fridays: Students can enjoy FREE popcorn on the first Friday of every month. We need help with popping popcorn, bagging it up, and delivering it to classrooms. Sign up here. 

Book Fair: October is National Book Month. Our fall book fair will take place October 14-18, 2024. We need a lot of assistance with set up, checking kids out, helping kids and families with books, etc. You can sign up to help here. 

Harvest Party: We love to celebrate Fall at our yearly Harvest Party. There will be food, music, and more. Costumes are highly encouraged! Want to help make the magic happen? Our volunteer sign up list can be found here.  

CHE Marathon: 2025 dates TBA. Our marathon program is a CHE tradition. Come support our students as they run laps on the track during their lunch recess. Helpers are needed to scan their trackers and cheer them on. 

Staff Appreciation Week: May 5-9, 2025. Shower our amazing CHE teachers and staff with thanks. Volunteer info to come.

PTA Carnival: Friday, June 6, 2025. Volunteer information will be available Spring 2025.

REMINDER: all volunteers MUST be approved by the school. You can get a district volunteer application form the office, or you can download one here. Be prepared to show your photo ID when you turn it in to the main office.
