When adults volunteer, all students benefit!

There are many ways for parents and community members to get involved with our school.

Popcorn Fridays: Students can enjoy FREE popcorn on the first Friday of every month. We need help with popping popcorn, bagging it up, and delivering it to classrooms. Volunteer opportunities coming soon! 

Book Fair: October is National Book Month which is the perfect time for our fall book fair to take place, October 14-17, 2025. We need a lot of assistance with set up, checking kids out, helping students and families with books, etc. Volunteer opportunities coming soon! 

Harvest Party, October 24th, 5:30-7:30: We love to celebrate Fall at our yearly Harvest Party. There will be food, music, and more. Costumes are highly encouraged! Want to help make the magic happen? Volunteer opportunities coming soon! 

CHE Marathon: 2026 dates TBA. Our marathon program is a CHE tradition. Come support our students as they run laps on the track during their lunch recess. Helpers are needed to scan their trackers and cheer them on. 

Staff Appreciation Week: May 4-8, 2026. Shower our amazing CHE teachers and staff with thanks. Volunteer info to come.

PTA Carnival: 2026 dates TBA. Volunteer information will be available Spring 2026.

REMINDER: all volunteers MUST be approved by the school. You can get a district volunteer application form the office, or you can download one here. Be prepared to show your photo ID when you turn it in to the main office.
