Get Involved — Volunteer!

When adults volunteer, all students benefit! There are many opportunities for parents and community members to get involved!  Complete the Volunteer Interest form to let us know what you want to do and we will be in touch with you. 

Note: all volunteers MUST be approved by the school. You can get an application from the office, or you can download one here. Be prepared to show your photo ID when you turn it in. 

Already volunteered at an event? Record your volunteer hours! If you do, you may get something at the end of the school year. :) 

We have several opportunities throughout the year to help. You can sign up as they become available via the links below. 

Popcorn Fridays: Students can enjoy FREE popcorn on the first Friday of every month. Want to help? Sign up here. 

Book Fair: The first book fair of the year will be October 16-20, 2023. We need help during, and after, school hours when students are shopping. See available volunteer slots here.

Harvest Party: Friday, October 27, from 5:30-7:30pm. We need YOUR help!! Click here to view our Amazon Wishlist. Or, if you want to help at the event, click here! Or do both!!  Families can enjoy trick-or-treat stations, a food truck, and more. Costumes are encouraged!

Valentine’s Dance: Friday, February 9, from 5:30-7:30. Volunteer info to come.

Book Fair: March 18-23, 2024. Volunteer info to come.

Teacher Appreciation Week: May 6-10, 2024. Shower our amazing CHE staff with thanks. Volunteer info to come.

Obstacle Course Fundraiser: Friday, May 17, 2024. See our Fundraising page for more information.
